Acceptance of This Policy

By placing an order on Leengold Keys, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Return Policy, which forms an integral part of our Terms & Conditions.

Digital Products Only

All products sold on Leengold Keys are digital goods, including but not limited to:

  • Software license keys

  • Activation codes

  • Digital account credentials

No physical items are shipped.

Due to the nature of digital products, all license keys are considered used once delivered, viewed, or revealed.

Refund & Replacement Eligibility

Refunds or replacements are provided only if the delivered license key does not work as intended.

A refund or replacement may be approved under the following conditions:

  • The license key fails activation despite correct installation and matching product edition

  • The license key is confirmed to be invalid, blocked, or already used at the time of activation

  • An incorrect product, edition, or license type was delivered and cannot be corrected promptly

Refund Request Timeframe

  • Refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase

  • Requests made after this period may be declined

Verification & Troubleshooting Requirement

To evaluate a refund or replacement request, we may require:

  • Screenshot(s) of the activation error

  • Confirmation of the operating system and installed software version

  • Proof that the installed product matches the purchased license

This verification process helps prevent fraud and ensures fair resolution.

Replacement Before Refund

Where possible, a replacement license key will be provided first at no additional cost.

If a valid replacement cannot be supplied, a refund will be issued.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • The incorrect product, edition, platform, or language was purchased

  • The customer’s device does not meet minimum system requirements

  • The license key has been successfully activated and used

  • The customer no longer needs the product or changed their mind

  • The customer refuses to follow activation or troubleshooting instructions

  • The refund request is submitted after the 7-day eligibility period

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled only if the license key has not yet been delivered

  • Once a license key has been delivered or revealed, the order cannot be cancelled except as outlined in this policy

Merchant of Record & Payment Processing

Leengold Keys is the merchant of record for all purchases made on this website.

Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers. While approved refunds are issued promptly by Leengold Keys, refund processing times are subject to the policies of the payment processor and the customer’s financial institution.

Leengold Keys is not responsible for delays, intermediary handling times, or processing rules imposed by banks or payment gateways.

Any transaction fees, payment gateway charges, or currency conversion fees applied during the original transaction may be non-refundable, where permitted by law.

Refund Method & Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refund processing typically takes 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider

  • Partial refunds may apply where non-refundable processing fees exist
