Step 1: Buy and Obtain Your Product Key

1. Order everything online
2. Provide valid email address
3. Choose the payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, Cryptocurrency, Bank Transfer)
4. Process payment securely
5. Immediate confirmation e-mail
6. Within hours (usually 2-5 minutes), receive product key of Office 2019 Professional Plus in a mail
7. Key is in 25 character key: XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX
8. Store this key somewhere secure (add it to password manager, write it down)

Step 2: Check the Windows Version Compatibility

Important Requirement to have Office 2019: Windows 10/11 installed.

Check Your Windows Version:

• In the case of windows 11: Downloading windows 11 on the official windows 11 download page
• Create Rufus (Windows) or Disk Utility (Mac) bootable USB drive
• Insert USB drive and start to install windows (in case of necessity)

Option C: When Required to Install Media of Office 2019

• The installation of Office 2019 is done using the in-built windows activation mechanism (no installation software required)
• You deactivate with your product key, and Office applications download/install automatically
• Alternatively: Buy install media individually when offline-install is needed

Step 4: Turn On Office 2019 (Online – Easiest Way)

Step 5: Turn On Office 2019 (Phone Method – Online Fails)

5. Receive Confirmation ID
   • Confirmation ID is given by Automated system
   • Record this or memorise this
   • Read it back to confirm
   • Lasts about 5-10 minutes all in all
6. Enter Confirmation ID
   • Go back to the activation screen of your computer
   • Enter the Confirmation ID that is given on the phone
   • Click “Next” or “Activate”
   • Office is now activated

Notable: Activation of phones is entirely free and has been the norm at Microsoft since windows vista. It is not a workaround, but a supported, approved way of activation.

Problem: Office Installation Failed

Solution 2: Check Windows Edition

• You should have Windows 10 or 11
• This is your Office 2019 Key (Professional plus edition)
• Check the current version of windows:
  • Right-click This PC or my computer
  • Select “Properties”
  • Look for “Edition” field

Reinstallation and Hardware Modification

Restoring Office 2019 on Same Computer

What happens: You are reformatting your hard disk and re-installing Windows 10/11, followed by Office 2019.

What Happens:
